- What consumables and service contracts are non-negotiable? Get quotes for 3-year and 5-year total costs inclusive of training, calibration, software, and replacement parts.
I can only speak to domestic hospital settings. If you're dealing with international logistics or different regulatory environments, the calculus might be different. But the principle holds: the cheapest initial quote rarely wins the TCO race.
